SHIPPING

Thank you for choosing T-Town Essence, We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible. Please see our shipping guidelines below. 

It will take approximately 1-2 business days to process your order, once processed, we will begin fulfillment of your order. Once complete we will ship your order according to the shipping rate you chose.

If you select next day, or any other choice aside from standard shipping, please be aware your order will ship at that timeframe once your order has been fulfilled. This may allow multiple days.

International shipping:    International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country,  and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.    We do not take responsibility for customs fees.   
Order never arrived:    If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!    First, check your shipping confirmation and confirm that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you
 another order to the correct address,  however, it will have to be at your cost.    If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at  ttownessencellc@gmail.com making sure you quote your order number. Someone will get back with you within 24-48 hrs.
